What is your return policy for items purchased directly from www.triple8.com.au?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the merchandise for an exchange. We will gladly accept return/exchanges for any unopened items in new/unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Items that are opened, damaged, missing packaging materials (i.e., helmet box) or do not have an authorized RA# may be denied. Please contact Customer Service via email: triple8aus@gmail.com to receive your authorized RA#.
Once the warehouse receives the item(s), an exchange will be processed as soon as possible. Unfortunately there are no refunds for a change of mind purchase.
Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs.
What if an item I purchased directly from www.triple8.com.au is defective or breaks?
If an item breaks and/or is deemed defective, we have a warranty of 90 days for pads/gloves and 180 days for our helmets. Please contact us immediately at (02) 4973 5999 or via email: triple8aus@gmail.com. We will make every reasonable effort to replace a broken or defective item that is under warranty and ship this item to you as soon as possible.
What if an item I purchased from a Triple Eight retailer in Australia is defective or breaks?
For items you purchased at one of our retailers, please contact the retailer at which you purchased our product from and they will assist you. If the retailer is unable to help, please contact us at (02) 4973 5999 or via email: triple8aus@gmail.com to review how we can assist.
